The idea of investing all day in exercise clothes makes my skin crawl; it simply appears uneasy and stifling. As for the shorts, the waist has an extremely stretchy, non-constricting flexible. There’s no battle, no huffing and puffing– or that thing where you have to twist your body while pulling them on. sit tight on your body, and there’s no pinching in the waistband or leg openings.
As I stated, I at first began using this set to do my home exercises (shout out MonikaFit), but I wasn’t ripping it off my body like it was toxin ivy the minute I was done. After my exercises, I continued to wear the Hot Shot set for hours– if not the rest of the day.
